vayr LLC is a Texas software company. We build recruiting-operations and applicant-tracking software for organizations that run multiple recruiting agencies or teams under a single umbrella.
Who we are
vayr was founded by operators who spent years running high-volume recruiting inside a multi-agency organization. We lived the problem the platform solves: when many teams share one candidate pool, records get duplicated, ownership gets murky, and the history of a candidate — where they came from, who spoke to them, what was decided — scatters across spreadsheets, inboxes, and generic CRMs never designed for it.
We built vayr because we needed it and couldn't buy it. The platform treats provenance, ownership, and consent as part of the foundation of every record rather than features bolted on later.
What we believe
Recruiting software should make the origin of a record legible. A candidate is not just a name and a phone number — they are a relationship with a source, an owner, and a history. When that context is built into the data model, teams stop stepping on each other, compliance stops being guesswork, and the organization can actually trust what its own systems tell it.
We also believe communication with candidates should be consent-first. Every message a candidate receives through vayr is tied to consent they gave, recorded against their record, and honored when they ask to stop. That principle shapes how the platform is built, not just how it is marketed.

vayr LLC is organized under the laws of the State of Texas and operates from Arlington, Texas. The platform is actively developed and maintained by the company. We work with recruiting organizations to put their operations on a foundation they can audit and trust.
